Vtorynka is a platform for listing rental and sale properties in Ukraine. The service can be used by persons aged 18 and older.

Registration is required to post listings. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain your account security.
3. Posting Listings
Listings must contain truthful information about the property. Fraudulent, illegal or misleading listings are prohibited. Administration reserves the right to remove listings without notice.
4. Prohibited Content
The following is prohibited on the site: listings about illegal activities, offensive or discriminatory content, spam and mass mailing, copyright infringement.
5. Liability
The platform is not responsible for transactions between users. We recommend verifying documents and personally inspecting property before transactions.
6. Intellectual Property
All site materials are protected by copyright. Copying and distributing content without permission is prohibited.
7. Changes to Terms
We may change these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes by email.
